If You Use Netscape

If the file you want to download loads into a frame, or a new window:

1. Use it anyway...
   1. right click, select SAVE PAGE AS from the popup menu, or
   2. click FILE on the menu bar, then SAVE PAGE AS.
   Then you can select location (directory path), and filename; click SAVE.


2. Try again...
   1. use your Browser's BACK button
   2. right click on the original link, then select SAVE LINK TARGET AS and proceed as above.

If You Use Microsoft Internet Explorer

If the file you want to download loads into a frame, or a new window:

1. Use it anyway...
   1. IF the file is a JPG file, then right click, select SAVE PICTURE AS from the popup menu, otherwise
   2. click FILE on the menu bar, then SAVE AS.
   Then you can select location (directory path), and filename; click SAVE.


2. Try again...
   1. use your Browser's BACK button
   2. right click on the original link, then select SAVE TARGET AS
      and proceed as above.
