• Q:  Who is MurJud Enterprises anyway?
• A:  MurJud Enterprise is a joint venture between Murray and Judy, hence the name. We have been good friends for years, and share a number of common interests and goals, so it seemed only natural that we merged our efforts.

• Q:  Why do you have rental property in Sylvan Lake?
• A:  We like it here. If you don't rent the property, it gives us an excuse to spend more time here!

• Q:  Why did you buy rental property in Rainbow Park?
• A:  It is new, modern, up-scale, and affordable. Not to mention in a great location! As it is appealing to us, we think it should be appealing to many others as well.

• Q:  Why the mottled pink/orange/blue background for the web pages?
• A:  It is supposed to make you think of:
  1. soft white puffy clouds gently caressed by the first rays of sunrise
  2. the waters of the lake gently rippled by a late evening breeze, reflecting the fading glow of the sunset.
  3. churned beach sand as seen through sunglasses on a scorching hot day

• Q:  Do you allow pets? Smokers?
• A:  Sorry, in order to maintain our high standards for cleanliness and good repair, we must decline allowing those with pets. Smokers are allowed on the condition that they do not smoke inside (with two decks, this shouldn't be too much of a hardship).
