- 3 a) shall permit the Corporation and its agents at all
reasonable times with notice, to enter the unit for purposes of inspection,
repair, renewing…
- 3 d) shall not place bed sheets, towels, foil, opaque
materials, political signs, or any advertising notices in or on any window
- 3 e) shall maintain and keep in a neat, clean and tidy state
and appearance, the deck, balcony, verandah or patio
- 3 g) shall remove dirt and debris from the deck, balcony,
verandah or patio
- 3 j) shall use and enjoy the unit and the common property in
accordance with these By-laws and all rules and regulations in such a manner as
to not unreasonably interfere with the use and enjoyment by other owners, their
families or visitors
- 61 a ii) shall not make or permit noise within or about any
unit or the common property which constitutes a nuisance or unreasonably
interferes with the use and enjoyment of a unit or the common property by any
other owner or occupant.
- 61 a iii) shall not keep or allow any animal or pet of any
kind at any time to be within the unit or on the common property without
specific approval in writing. All dogs and cats must be hand leashed and kept
under control… shall not allow the animal to befoul or defecate on any
landscaped area
- 61 a vii) shall not permit laundry to be hung outside the
unit
- 61 a viii) shall not place any tent, trailer or boat on any
parking area or the common property without prior written consent
- 61 a xiii) shall not do or permit anything to be done that
may cause damage to trees, plans, bushes, flowers or lawns, and shall not place
chairs, tables, children’s play things, devices or toys on the lawns so as to
damage them or to interfere with the cutting of the lawns or the maintenance of
the grounds generally
- 61 a xiv) shall not deposit customary household refuse and
garbage outside the unit other than in properly secured garbage bags placed in
garbage enclosures provided by the Corporation
- 61 a xvii A) shall only park in designated locations [one
stall is marked and reserved per unit; unmarked stalls are on a first-come
basis]
- 61 a xvii B) shall not wash motor vehicles on the property
- 61 a xvii C) shall not carry out repairs to motor vehicles
on the property
- 61 a xvii D) shall not bring onto the property any vehicles
other than private passenger automobiles, light trucks, motorcycles or sports
utility vehicles
- 61 a xvii E) shall not allow trailers, campers, boats,
snowmobiles, trail bikes, all terrain vehicles, buses, or any type of motor
home, recreational vehicle or equipment to be parked on the property
- 61 a xxv) shall not permit any household or personal effects
or articles belonging to him to be kept anywhere except inside his unit when
not in use. .. will comply with all requests of the Corporation to put articles
such as bicycles, toys and like things inside when not in actual use.
